It's raining out so I'm sitting here working on my PDL mess. After some digging I found out that ameriloan, United Cash, One Click Cash and 500Fast Cash are all part of CLK Management. (There are many more too) So I went online to the Kansas AG and filed an online complaint asking for help. I figure it wouldn't hurt. I also went to each website for the above and entered the contact info to have them send me an email or US mail address so I can deal with them in writing. None of them have contacted me on my default of last week yet.

OK...I found an address and some info on this one...as posted before I do still owe them a small amount.. Upfront Cash 223 West Bulldog Blvd. Provo, Ut. Anyone recognize the address?? I am just wondering if they are a dba for anyone else we may know?? Thanks

I can't find them! I've called the number on the website and either noone answers or if they do I'm put on hold forever and then dropped. 800-474-2995 I tried to login on the website and it says I'm invalid. What do you do when you can't make contact? They got me for $1,440 on a $400 dollar loan. I want to get info so maybe the AG can help me get something back or at least I want my account dead so it doesn't crop up years from now.

what can a storefront check n go do to me if the loan has been in default for 2 months. i have sent via cert/ret.rept. a payment plan proposal, do not garnish wages, and have sent a letter to AG. Do they always wait this long for a response, or do you think they are getting ready to attatch me. My checking account is closed. thanks,

I really need help. I have 3 credit cards that are in small debt. I started a consolidation program. The money and proposals have been sent to them. 2 of the credit cards were charged off. One of them was sent to some attorney's office. This atty office sent me a bill with $1000 extra (my balance + $1000). Are they allowed to that in FL? Should I bypass the atty office and talk with the original creditor? Also, the SOL on at least one of the credit cards is over but I can't afford to not pay because of my pending student loans. My CR reports these credit cards as past due.

About a month ago I sent a letter to the 3 credit bureaus stating that I have been, for two years, unable to get Asset Acceptance to Validate there debt claim.

I got a call from a woman in my Ag's office today. She is asking me to please verify all the addresses I sent her. In our conversation I also stated that I knew some other AG's were sending complaints and letters to these ipdls...she asked if I knew which states were doing that...I told her I would let her know...anybody want to let me know which AG's have been the most helpful?? Also she strongly advised I should file complaints with the FTC. I haven't done that yet?? Can I do that on line?? How do I find the website??
