Does anyoner know about a good Debt management plan in California?

if repayment arragement is them taking a draft from checking account monthly and you file ch 7 is the cash debt excused, payment withdrawal stopped?

I want to pay $500 on the principal for VIP PDL Loan and they take the remainder balance in October 2012. They will not answer, I don't have a website to make payments online and I just found out how bad of a company they are. Can you assist?

Hi everyone! I will try to keep this short and to the point with enough info so that anyone can help out. I do want to note that I have been reading this forum for quite some time and tonight I've come to learn that some loans we have are from illegal entities outside of Missouri and the U.S. to top it off. Anywho, here it goes real quick. My wife and I got into a cycle of loans back when I was laid off for almost 3 years. We managed to always pay them back and off but not without problems financially.

My husband has been reciving bills from TRS and they are wanting over $1,000 in bills. They are saying that he has wrote bad checks in a town that we have never heard of or been to for that matter. The biggest thing is, we dont have a checking account anywhere. We filed a complant with the police ( not much help there). We also sent TRS an Identiy theft affidavit. They are saying that they are going to cancel the affidavit that we sent them and that we are still responsiable for the money. What should we do?

I have payday loans thru cashcentral, paydaymax, ace cash express and whit hills cash. Are these payday loans legal in california?

Well, I finally did it. I cut off the cash flow to Cash Call. I closed out my bank, WF assured me that my other account was not linked at all (I had no problems with them last year when I closed my account while dealing with internet pdl's. Naturally, they sent me the following letter (I know, it is there standard reply, right?). I did research on these loans in Virginia, and talked to a really great person at VaPerl, who gave me all the info on why these loans are void and unenforceable in Virginia (Cash Call and Western Sky are both illegal).

This company contacted me at my place of employment, i said to send me all the infomation in the mail...I never received that letter. I was served papers saying i owe $2800. They said it was a debt from Dell computers, which I admit I do owe money to, but not for that amount. They said they'll "settle" for $2400, but I have to pay $1400 immediately and the remaining $1000 a month from now.... Can I ask for a statement from my Dell account? Did they break the law by calling my place of employment?
