I recently applied for a personal loan online through a few different sites. I recieved a phone call from Kieth Browning of Brookfield Landing notifying me that I was approved for a twenty thousand dollar loan. I was told that because of my bad credit it was a personal investor that would be supplying the loan. And I would have to send him 1200 dollars first, then I would recieve my loan 24 hours after that. But when I tried to research the company online I found nothing!

In all the years I have worked to clear my debt and improve my credit, the single most bizarre incident happened this week. Last year sometime, a person called me from Total Card and stated my account was past due. I stated I don't have a Total Card. She stated it was a new account and other than the activation fee and interest charges, there was one charge on it for about $25 at a Target Store in Indiana. I again stated I live in New York and have never been in Indiana and never had this card. The woman stated she would look into it and call me back.

just bad debt from teenaging years

I have recently contacted my bank about five pdl that have gone thru and caused me to go in the red. I have filled out an affadavit for each of them and am waiting to hear what to do next. At this moment I'm asking if the bank can reverse the charges and the overdraft fees. What should I do if they decline?

I am suffering through garnishes from two jobs and a levy from the IRS with the State Department of Revenue breathing on my back. I only make $30,000 a year but I am losing more money.
