does anybody knows who they are and an address or telephone number

One of my accounts was turned over to NRC (Nations Recovery Center) for $942.46. I received a call from them about one and a half weeks before May 22, 2007 asking for me to call. The first and only letter they have sent me was on May 22, 2007 with the whole debt validation thing. I sent them a debt validation letter (unfortunatly not CMRR) on Tuesday June 19, 2007. That day I received 2nd call from them for me to call them or for my attorney to call them.

Well, I'm 20 years old, and screwed. I have 2 student loans- which are oh about 18,000 and no degree. couldnt afford college. i have a 16,000 car- which i pay, thats no problem. i have at least 1500 in hospital bills, and a 1500 cell phone bill, in my name, which i signed for my parents, but they never paid the bill. oh, i have 4 credit cards, about 2500 altogether , im about 40,000 in debt, and i make like 30,000 a year! i really need help, or im dead. i do not want to file bankruptcy.

newly married and my husband and I are in financial distress already, we both brought a lot of debt into our marriage and cant swim for sinking, He has alot of payday loans outstanding, and we are in the process of filing chapter 13 , but we needed time to get there so we stop payment of all payday loans , Was this the right thing to do? thanks!

About six years ago I made the mistake of being a co-signer for a student loan. Since that time the principle person has defaulted and the loan is a charge off. Is there anyway that I can get this off of my credit report? I don't know where the person, I helped out, lives or how to get in touch with him. Perhaps I can do some digging and apply pressure. Please advise

If I set up payment arrangements with each creditor, could my credit score increase once I have paid off each debt?
