I did not even get a loan with ambassador and noe they are threatening prison, for fraud, and hot check across stae lines.I am in Texas, what can I do? I closed my account because they took out 616 dollars and then they call me saying I owe them for a 400 dollar loan, I did not sign anything with this co. I have 3 kids I cant go to jail, how do I take care of this, I already sent them a bank statment showing they took money. I am so scared please help me! :(

I have a pdl with magnum cash advance. This is my 3rd loan with them. I have made 1 payment to them but I recently found out that PDL's are illegal in my state(NJ) and that no one in my state can be charged more than 30% on a loan in a year. They have charged me over 500% on these loans. If they have to fowwow my state laws then I have paid back all 3 loans plus some. How do I get them to apply the over payments I have made on the past 2 loans to the current loan?

I have two outstanding payday online loans. One is with PaydaySelect the other is with CashNetUsa. The original amount of the loan with CashNetUsa was $450.00 and it was funded on 03/07/07. Todate I have paid $425.22 and my principle is down to $300.00. I've paid $275.22 on fees and $150.00 has been applied towards principle. My loan with PayDaySelect was for $500.00. Todate I have paid 623.91. $523.91 has gone to fees and intrest and $100.00 has gone to principle. Please help me with advise on how to get out of this mess. Thanks so much!! Vince :oops:

My debt isnt that bad, but it's rather scattered with different places. i was injured and needed surgery, and i had to pay about 800 bucks for the surgery, and 20 and 40 dolloars here and there. i lost track of who and what i needed to pay. there is a few small other ones but all together no more than 1,500 to 2,000 at the most. what i would love to do is sum it all up into one simple monthly payment. i can afford 100.00 a month or whatever you can work with, and my income is about 30,000 a year. thank you for looking me over and i cant wait to hear from you guys.

I have a question. I send my pdl letter stating the state laws, they're illegal, I only owe xxx amount, blah, blah. I received a letter today from my pdl stating that they are located in Delaware, licensed by Delaware and that loans are approved and funded in Delaware. They said they made it clear that all transactions are governed by Delaware law. They say that they maintain that the choice of Delaware law as controlling in the loan documents would be upheld, as all of the significant contacts in the loan transaction occur in Delaware. The loan agreement is legal and enforceable.
