After trying to get validation from these people.I finally retained a lawyer versed in Collection.She was recommended by another lawyer that is collecting complaints against these people.I have read a lot about class actions suits in which the plantiffs won.I'am looking for someone who went up against them.I need to know what to expect. karen216

Cashcall has called my sister twice this week and my best friend once. I have heard they are only allowed to call one time in order to location the borrower. Is this true?

Like others I got caught up with payday loans and have had to get one to cover the other. The payments are more than I make and I would like like to be able to pay something on each one. I have been threatened with going to jail by several of these companies for hot checks. What recourse to I have and can this happen? How do I stop the threats and phone call. I have even been threated to be arrested at my job.

I just defaulted on this loan last Friday. I received this e-mail belpw today. Turns out they are liscensed in WI. How long do I technically have to make this payment? Quote:

"We are writing to inform you that your ACH DEBITS in the amount of $60.00 has been returned from your bank Account Closed. Demand is hereby made for the total amount of the ACH returned, plus NSF fees of $15.00. The total owed is $435.00. Attempts to contact you at home and work have been unsuccessful.
