I live in the state of Texas and I fell into the payday loan and installment loan cycle. I started taking out loans to pay for other loans and I cant get out of it. Now, I don't have enough money to pay my bills and pay the loan companies. I understand it is my responsibility and I take full ownership so please don't judge. You guys seem to give great advise so can anyone please help. I borrowed a PDL from Ace Cash Express for the amount of $1400 and since I did not have the amount to pay and my extensions were done I decided to roll it over to an installment loan.

Hello I have to pdl's from US Fast Cash for $500 and $400 from 500 Fast Cash. I live in North Carolina and I am preparing my letter's to send to the companies since they are illegal. Like many others, I fell into the trap of taking out multiple payday loans with this company. First off, their customer service is terrible, they don't respond to emails, their live chat is useless. I've been taking out these loans since the earlier part of 2012. I will list all of them and total amount paid below.

My wife and I foreclosed on our house back in 2009, I have the letter from the trustee's deed upon sale signed and dated 09/09, this house has also currently sold 12/09 as listed through different estate sites. After the foreclosure we filed bk chapter 7 which has discharged 07/10. We are now looking at purchasing a new home under FHA since our previous loan was a Conventional.
