My husband & i seperated & I was left with all of our bills. Someone had told me about payday loans. Boy do i wish I had never even heard of them. For over a year now i have been in debt to these places. I have to borrow from one to pay off another. I borrowed $300 from one & they have since debited over $1000 from my checking account. I'm so glad I found a website like this one & to know that I'm not the only one going this mess.

Let me give you a little background. I had a loan with these not nice people, after many, many calls at work I filed a report with the BBB. Just got a letter from the State of Nevada Financial Institutions Division and seems our friends are in hot water. The letter states that they are not licensed in the State of Nevada and they cannot do business there. He told me to refer anymore calls from them to his office and that my contract with them and any of their subsidiaries are null and void and to make no payments to them. Just wanted to let you all know about this.
