I'm not horibly in debt, only have about 3000 dollars, but the payments are so big from overdue accounts that i cannot pay these payments along with household bills, groceries, gas, and kids schooling. I have bad credit and have not been able to get a loan through any banks. I've tried using co-signers but havent succeded there either. My wife and I are having hard times and moey is one big factor in a relationship because of all the stress it has caused us. I'm desperately looking for help but don't know wny other options? help please....

It started when we were young (and dumb) massive credit cards and loans to get new things such as furniture, etc. Then three kids came along and with my pay we were just unable to catch up. Accounts have gotten so past due that to make a minimum payment on certain cards would leave us unable to care for our children. We have options of grocery shopping and sending kids to pre-school, or paying off debt. We choose family first and have had an extremely hard time getting out of this debt. I'm not sure of ALL our debt, but i know the main ones.

I have one more pdl with no info. Then I will have contact info for all 10. whew!!! Anyone have any info on Upfront Cash...all I have is 866-735-3413 and haven't been able to come up with anything else... Thanks

I have made my mind up to drop out of my debt company if this suit goes to court. They instructed me to answer the summons, and they will work on negotiating a monthly payment for me. They can not guarantee anything, just will do their best. That is not good enough for me when I am paying them monthly, so if this goes to court, I WILL DROP out, save my own money and try to settle the rest of the card by myself. Am I crazy for thinking I can? is it really that simple? Should I work on the big ones, the ones causing the most commotion? or the little ones first?

I have gotten myself into debt through student loans and payday advances and would like to consolidate to one payment instead of 7 payments. Interest rates are negotiable. Please contact me as soon as possible.

So, I had to share this because I thought it was kind of funny. I was going through today's mail when I noticed a letter from Cashland. It's a card that says they miss me. How special?!! :lol: I could get a 28 day loan if I hurry in. I think I will pass on this one.

How long is the statute of limitations for mn. on school debt? I withdrew due to health problems and they had collected from native sholerships and free school grants etc. Thank You

ok..in my on going search for info: I have paid these guys $830. on a $300. loan. Anyone have any dealings with them, street address/email/fax nummbers. All I have is the original telephone number I called the first time I missed a payment when I was trying to close my account and stop the debits...whichof course didn't happen...LOL. Feels so good to be able to laugh about this stuff...much better that all the crying I was doing last month!!!
