I got off the phone a bit ago with a consultant from this board about consolidating my debt. My debt amount is small compared to most, but right now it's hard for me to manage at the moment.... I owe about $2500 to a CC Company, and am currently paying them $65.00 a mo because I'm in some re-aging program with them, the payments are basically covering the Finance Charges each month.

so i just got this phone call from a wonderful lady from their explaning to me how i illegally took federal funds and they located me with my internet ip address and if i dont pay today they will put a judgement against me and she was telling me how she has nothing to do with the pdl company, which is m1ydirect, and that she is with a law firm and i went on to explain everything about illegal pay day loans and how much i legally owe and she was like mam i am not with the payday loan company so you have to pay blah blah fees and she asked me who my attorney was and i said i have about over 7400

I applied for a payday loan, and the I receieved a call from a CSR for mGeneva Roth. She verified my account information, and said the money would be deposited into my accoutnt the next day. the money was in my accoutn, but the very next week, money started being withdrawn from my account. My account is now in the negative by over $200. I have no contact info. for them, and have never heard from them again!!! They are scammers, and should be arrested, people have it hard enough without people like them making more troulble for them. :evil:

Hi guys, Just wondering how many people on here have actually used town and country acceptance for their consolidation company. Can you tell me about your experience? I contacted them yesterday- and while they do charge a $195 retainer fee- the monthly payment they worked out for me is still a LOT better then what I am paying now. Let me know about your experience: do they pay ontime? Easy to contact? Do you get a monthly statement? What lenders did you use with them? Thanks! :)

Hello All. I have been reading many post here for the past couple of days, and I already feel better knowing I'm not the only one in this situation. I reside in Ohio and currently have out 7 payday loans from different internet companies. This all started the end of April and I am amazed how quickly it has gotten out of control.
