I have a question on how long a person is required to pay PMI on a FHA mortgage. Am I right in thinking that after so many years that a person stops paying this insurance on the mortgage and the mortgage payment drops? Anyone have an answer? Thanks.

I'm having a hard time understanding the time frame for credit score alteration. take the following case: Let's say I had a credit card debt of $20 k distributed over 3 cards and then I paid off $10 k tomorrow. no other issues such as late payments, recent credit inquiries, etc. how long before I see an improvement in my credit score?? anyone who pays for monthly access to their credit reports willing to help me out here?

I have been writing letters to my payday loan lenders and one has agreed to my terms of paying them back. I have this one lender who is Purpose Loans that wrote me this letter stating they received my request of phone contact and revoking to debit my account. They are not licensed in California or anywhere that i can see. I got a 300.00 loan from them and they took out 66.00 out of every paycheck and to pay them back they wanted 532.00.

How come it seems that for every step forward I take, I end up taking 3 steps back??? Last night our septic pump went out, had to call someone today to come and pump it, was quote $180, guy comes, ends up costing us $320, (he said there were 2 tanks he emptied), and now we have to buy a new pump which is going to be about $300 to $400, which I do not have and he also said our septic will probably fill up within 2 days and will need to be pumped again! I have been sitting here crying and just don't know what to do. If I write a check for that much, it will bounce.

I keep getting calls from an unknown number or 800 numbers, lot of different ones! It's foriegners, sometimes can barely understand what they're saying! But they say they're a pharmacy and want to know what meds i take and if i want to order pain medication! WTH is that? over the phone? from a pharmacy? Yea i bet they're REAL legit!! I've asked them several times to take my name off thier list but yet they still call many times a day. Anyone else get this or does anyone know what i can do to stop these annoying calls?!?! Ang
