What does PML of GA mean on your credit report???? The report does not have any contact information.

I am going to have to wait until next Friday to pay my retainer to T & C because I need to pay my cell phone and water bill this week and I don't have enough to pay both. I am just worried about the storefront loan that we defaulted on this week. I tried contacting them thru their collections dept prior to the date the loans were due (My husband and I both have one) but the person I spoke with was really nasty and threatened me. We haven't heard anything from them and I am afraid to wait another week. Once we pay T & C next Friday then they can deal with them but I am scared.

If one doesn't have enough to cover the entire mortgage and just pays what they have, just say 1/2 of the payment. If they pay that would the payment still be considered late and can it go to foreclosure?

I sent an email to Cashcentral and Cashnetusa notifying them that I'd be sending payments this weekend by money order for smaller amounts ie. $15-20, however I just keep on receiving collection emails, and Cashcentral says they can't accept smaller payments, and would only accept two payments of $197 to be considered paid in full. Now what?

I moved out when I was 18. I had saved some money was pretty good with accounting and actually helped my boyfriend get out of debt. I save enough for us to buy a house. On top of all the extra bills and getting married a few months later we ended up with some debt. We consolidated on one credit card but slowly again we opened others. Then our debt was back up. We consolidated with a bank loan once again and canceled all but 1 credit card. Our loan amount is pretty high but our credit card has hovering between $100-200. Which is doable, not the $12,000 plus on one credit card.

My wife has a checking account (primary holder) and her parents names are on that account as well. It was opened years ago when she started college. She tried to take their names off but it didn't work. Recently, a collection agency that was going after her parents took money from my wife's account. We were not notified about that. Is there anything we can do? What and where do we write??

In 2000, I took out a debt consolidation loan to pay off all of my bills, loans and credit cards. I had racked up my debts bad, and was just 21 years old. After the colsolidation, the only thing I needed to worry about was my new loan payment for the consolidation, and my car payment. Doable. Well, the newly paid off credit cards made my pockets burn, and soon enough everything was racked up again. I found myself using credit card checks to pay bills, buy gas-- whatever I needed.

I am having difficulty paying back three pay day loans. i live in CT and its supposed to be prohibited any one else going through this?
