This is my Moms problem. She had a debt with BoA and I guess it was sold to CDCH LLC. Not sure when though. They have contacted an accident attorney to harass my Mom for the debt when her disability insurance should have paid it when she became disabled. They are trying to collect another $4000.00 on top of the original debt. They called and told my Mom they were gonna sell her home out from under her. Mom is pretty upset. I have read some post on here and it looks like this attorney has jumped the gun on harassing her.

If the collector sues me for that old credit card I will fight it in court. But, if I do not win and the collector gets a judgement, I will file bankruptcy. I do know I qualify for chapter 7. So Resurgent read the above. You will not get a dime from me.

Jeff Campos who works for Eric and Edward Cherry is a 28 year old piker lawyer, who is simply seeking to extend the lifespan of the Hess Kennedy SCAM by changing the name to Campos Chartered Law.
