Wow. I can't believe I just found this place. I finally came to grips with my debt in Jan of this year. 4 Years of day-trading (ie gambling) away over 250 thousand dollars. Some of it not even my own money. It was awful, awful, terrible. Anyway, I've come clean now, am not trading anymore and trying to build my business back up to cover all my debts. I'm in the middle of short-selling my house that is in foreclosure, and may be moving into my office in the next month. Like I said, my life ain't boring! debtkid debtkid.com

I live in Delaware and have 9 PDL. We were just staying on top of the interest fees. Three of the loans are in paydown but at this pt we have paid more than double the original loan value. I recently had to take a leave of absence from my job and won't be able to repay even the interest this month. I am desperate for help. Delaware it seems in really in favor of the companies and not me.

I am so relieved to have found this forum. I have spent the major part of the day researching here in order to handle the horrific situation I have gotten myself into. In a panic over paying my basic bills, I took out nine payday loans over the course of the past month. In a manic state, I justified that I would have extra money coming in from a side job and would be able to cover the loans or fees when due. Irrational as that sounds, I thought all would "work out". I know this dangerous blissfull state well from my Debtors Annonymous days.

Okay I haven't been on here in a while so while I was off I got some of my payday loans marked paid in full and still waiting and working on a return for the 3500.00 we over paid. Anyway, I get a call from the bank and B&L Marketing has put a payment through for 400.00 dollars and that the stop payment is only good for 60 days. So they closed my account and I feel like I have failed really bad. They transfered it over to a savings account. What did you guys do to get out of this mess? With all of the hospital bills and the credit cards we are trying to come up with money to file bankruptcy.

They garnished my wages!!! I don't even Know who they are or That they where going to do it!! no letters no court dates , I picked up my check and 125.00 was deducted all it says is wage garnishments. HELP!!!!

Moved to Indiana 1 year ago from Oklahoma. Got lawsuit notice today about old credit card debt. This debt is probably 5 years old or so. Oklahoma's statute of limitations is 3 years. Indiana's is 6 years. Since the debtc occured in Oklahoma, is Oklahoma statute of limitations still applicable here? Or since I'm now in Indiana am I now open to lawsuit because of Indiana's 6 year statute?
