i received several phone calls from 904-685-5008 in the past 3 weeks and they never left a msg.Well,Tuesday 5/22/07 they left a harrassing msg so I called them back and was told I have until 2pm to pay my debt for online check advance in the amount of $580 they was going to send the police to my home.I was scared so,I asked them later that day could I give $400 and they said okay well I didn't have the money.Wednesday 5/23/07 I received another call from this guy named Frank White who told me he was going to download my file and send it over so a warrant will be issued for my arrest and I wou

I was a complete idiot and got 7 pdls. supposedly some of them are scheduled to come out of my bank account tomorrow. i do not want this. i have my direct deposit going into my bank account and need the money for rent. wells fargo told me that i need an exact dollar amount that will be coming thru to not allow debits to be made and that they are not able to just place a hold on the account. what am i supposed to do? i need my money for rent and these stupid payday loans are going to be taken out tomorrow.

I did not remember that I had a loan with them. I went into my account and found I took a 500.00 loan with them back in June. before my account went negative I had made payments of weird unrelated amounts totaling around 965.00. Since then they have attempted withdrawals of 217.00 and 400.00. They must be calling me to try to collect the 400.00. Guess what?
