I am in New Mexico and took out a loan with Cash Call in November of 2006. I am currently behind on the loan and they call me non-stop about every half and hour. The last conversation I had with someone she told me that i can't handle my money and she would not trust me with a quarter. I am continuing to get threats from them that they need to talk to my supervisor so my supervisor knows how I handle my money and also to do a employment verification so they can do a garnishment on my wages can this be done or do they have to do all of that through court first?

I am a single mom with a handful of debt. I have a few old, old credit cards and a few payday loans. What are my options with this debt, I need your help please.

hi my name is adam and me and my partner are in debt my partner had 2 fulltime jobs in 2006 and i was on a pension for our child we needed a bigger car and furniture for ours self because at the time we were living with her parent and wonterd to have our own place so we took out a loan with the condobolin commonwealth bank of 20,000 and we had to pay 26,000 all up because of interest we decided to swap so i could get a job instead and when we swoped payments around we fell behind got back up to scratch and then we decided to move because we both had no job at all so we moved for more job opper

i went back to school and didn't have a job and got stuck in debt

i am in trouble...i need 500 asap and i thought i could rely on a payday loan...but my acct is overdrawn...what can I do? i would ask my boss for an advance but he's on vacation, and asking friends and family at this stage is not an option.this was supposed to be the year i get out of debt...how can i be so stupid?
