I have a friend who has check into cash calling her home and work after she verbally told them not to. Is there something she could send or do besides pay them off right now? Also is there any advice on how to handle them, they even came to her house....Come on now this is just ridiculous!

Hi everyone, After reading the posts about OK (and CA) requesting ceast and desist for Rio/MTE I am undecided about what to do regarding loans with UCL and One Click Cash-I've already defaulted on UCL and about ready to default on OCC and need someone's opinion. Once I get my account closed, should I request PIF from both of these? Or should I just let T&C handle them? What do you think my chances are of getting PIF? I have overpaid on both but was almost done with them. Should I bother?

I have a new part-time gig that's a hoot! I got a second job at the local concert venue in my hometown and worked my first show this week as an usher! I got to see Chris Issac and Stevie Nicks. It was a fun night--but it was scary when our ticket scanners went down (thanks to me, I might add :oops: ) and we had a long line of people at the VIP gate who paid $130 for their seats! My first night was almost my last, lol... But it all worked out and it was great--and no, there were no reports of a middle-aged woman running after Chris Issac's tourbus. I was good, I promise!!

I had just applied for a pdl from one click cash for 300 dollars. The money was do in my account on 5/18/07 at midnight. Money is not in account as of 5/19/07. I did not research this com. before hand but since have read horror story after horror story. I have since went to my bank this morning and closed my account so I can avoid any excess debit from my account not authorized in the payback agreement amount.

I still need more advise on this question: Is it illegal to close a checking account when I have 10 post dated checks out on it that are written to a store front check n go in Aurora IL? I live in Kane County Il. which is 5 miles from this nightmare check n go. What I asked for was a repaymeent plan, and what they gave me was an installment plan (this is how they get around the law, they just reword everyting).
