Trying to find out addy's on these payday loans the ones I have contacted say they have no addy I need to money gram or wetstern union then there money can anyone help me with finding addys for payday loans mentioned in my other post....thanks tina

Dear mr./ms.: I am a 71 year old retiree whose primary source of Income is 623.00 per month in social security bene- Fits. Fortunately i have medicare part a and b and Medicaid. I am also under hospice care. This is a Blessing from god as i have been in a struggle with Metastatic colon cancer for over 2 years. I refused Chemotherapy and under the advice of a friend have Been taking herbal remedies. He has a phd. In bi- Ology and does extensive research. My doctor thinks I probably made a wise decision since some elderly Patients die from the poisonous effects of chemo- Therrapy.

One company PayDayYes settled for $100.00. After seeing I had paid almost $900.00 in fees. The other company Nationwide Cash sent me a threatening letter, saying they would contact my employer in reference to using their computer, etc. Started the loan on 1/22/07 and first payment Feb. 9th. Of course they want to take it to the limit. I tried to settled with them but they wanted $495.00 my original loans was for $400.00 finance charge $120.00 I live in NC. Is there anything else I can do? I should know better.

Hi, I currently have two bank accounts with Bank of America that are negative because Pay day loans continually debited my accounts. I am negative about $400 on each account. I am going to pay these however I need about a month to get my utilities, car, and rent back on track do to the pay day loans. I am going to also try and make arrangements with the pay day loans next month when I have some extra to send. I am also going to make payments on my accounts in about a month. Can the bank arrest me or report me as fraud/bad checks etc because I owe them money??

Although the creditor closed my account (I owe a about $3,800.00), I have made payments consistently for 2 years. Without missing a payment, I just received a letter from a collection agency demanding the full amount. Should I try to take a settlement or not? Thanks
