Does anyone know the laws concerning payday loans in Jersey?

i have several pdl and was having furnace problems, now they are taking all of my money for refinancing and i having trouble paying my living monthly expenses, such as utilities , morgage. Today while going thru my account i had submitted my gas bill and somehow i have a unknow charge that came out of my account. When talking to the bank, the lady was very polite and ask if i had any pdl, because she has seen this before, where they automically enroll you in this product.

I have 4 pdl and its getting really bad. I have been reading about how some people close there account and then send out letter well can anyone tell me if there is something like that in the state of texas and if there is can someone be kind enough to walk me thru it. thanks ac

Hello everyone im looking for info on Sagamore Corp. a payday loan company

I have been working with a settlement company for the past 5 months and all they have done is take my money and allow me to be summoned by 2 different attorneys. I am thinking I need to file Chapter 13 to protect myself from future lawsuits since I am 9 months past due on all my credit card accounts. All my debt is credit cards for a total of about $50,000. Do you think it is too late for debt consolidation? Any advice is appreciated!

I have been working with a settlement co. and all they have done is manage to get me summoned by a couple of companies. I am considering bankruptcy if only for protection from the creditors. Is there any other hope that will not just take my money and leave me hanging?

I made the mistake of paying some school loans with credit cards. I have 4 credit cards with 3 that have balances. I am trying to get out of debt. I am poor with budgeting. I find it very frustrating.I have anout 9 700 of debt I want to get rid of, but interests are killing me.

I am in the military and since i have been here i was kind of stupid about how i spent and managed my money. now that i am in so much debt that it is impossible to pay my bills. i am getting ready to have a child and i do not think i could bring a child into the world with the amount of debt and how behind i am.
