Guess I needed a good laugh today...just got a text message on my phone. Here is what it says: Quote:

"U qualify for a 2nd PayDay LOAN up to $500 even if U have anther loan! If U needthat extra money TODAY, go to fcl6.com"

I get voice messeages once in a while, automated, saying I qualify for one of these things. I figured I was blacklisted by now. I was on the phone to my husband when it came in and I read it to him and he just started laughing.

I have too many payday loans --I went to GreenPath and they are going to help...but when I talk to some of these people they say they do not work with them. Help...what do I do..what are my rights. I have one at a Check n Go Store and 9 internet loans.

Who are these people?

Well, unknown to me! Does anyone have any infor on the following number? Number is: 1 800 395 4094 A quick check doesn't find anything. I believe that this number has been calling me 3-5 times/day for the last week. Finally got my answering machine back in action. Left message today. Stated unable to contact without success. Refused to leave a name, or company name, reason for call etc...And expects me to return call. Said to I or one of my associates can be reached at... Any info on said number is appreciated, so I can send a letter, requesting info. Thanks,

How do I turn off the god awful music that is on the homepage? I hit mute but everytime I go back on it, the music plays and it drives me nuts! :evil:

I doubt they'll ever pay a dime of the fine and I know they won't stop making loans but the state of Nevada just fined Leads Global a/k/a Cash Today, Route 66, GFSIL and BIG for unlicensed lending. Considering Nevada usually welcomes bloodsuckers like these with open arms, this is pretty cool . . . I can't include the link in the post but I found it by searching "payday lending" in Google News and sorting by date. The article is from this morning.
