why my post about the menu was deleted?

I received a call tonight at home from a "Greg Patton" from A S and Associates....He told me the routine story that I was under investigation for check fraud for National Money Store telling me I took out a loan and never had any intention of paying it back....I asked him to validate the loan. He was getting really defensive with me because I'm not taking any crap. He took down my fax number and said he would fax over in writing of what I owed. I told him I would have my attorney call him and he said well what's his name and number I'll call him..I said No I'll have him call YOU.

I've gotten one payday loan marked "paid in full." FINALLY! However, I am still consolidated with T&C and working with them, so far so good. The only thing is I am still receiving calls and emails from some of these companies, mainly Emerald Marketing and the Cash Store. Emerald marketing continues to claim that I am not trying to work out what I owe them, even though I've told them over and over again that they can talk to T&C and I give them their number. But nothing.

Hi, Everyone. Back in January, I received a collection letter from CBCS. I responded back with a letter of validation. I sent it certified mail and they never responded to me. Fast forward to present time... I'm trying to buy a home and due to certain items on my credit report, the loan office called me and we did conference calls with the various creditors that were on my report that I said I had no idea or that I disputed. They were doing this in order to see if I still qualify for my loan.

I have paid off my debt with my tax returns. Student loans, phone bills, medical, etc But some of my bills remain on my credit report. I can't get my score to raise at all. Why is that?

I am interested in clearing an old debt off my credit, but i want to settle for less than the original amount, ive never done this before, what do you say? whats the best way to approach this, how do you ask for them to take it off your credit completely? what if they wont?

One of my storefront pdl's was sueing me and the court date was 4/23. I had previously informed them that I was filing Chapter 7 and had not heard from them. When I got the summons, I contacted the pdl and told them again that I was filing for Chapter 7 and they were included. Today when I got home from work I had a letter from the court that states and I quote "Dismissed on Plantiff's Oral Motion without prejudice". I am not sure - is this a good thing?
