I joined this forum a little over a month ago and received so much helpful information. I had nine internet pdls that I had paid over the principle on (except for one). I filed complaints with the Attorney General's office and the BBB. I just received a letter from the BBB. In MTE's response they stated "we believe it to be in the best interest of this customer to write off the balance of this account and close the account. We will consider the matter closed." That makes two....only seven more to go :)

I have a loan with them for 300.00. I have paid them back 630.00 in renewal fees I have had no success in contacting them to pay off my loan. Any suggeston in getting in contact with them would be appreciated. I even tryed stop payment on may automatic payment, but it still went through

and hate to complain, but the menu on the right of the board is really a nuisance. Sometimes I am forced to log in twice before the menu moves to the left so it doesn't cut off the posts. At other times, logging in doesn't help. I know other people experience the same problem. Is there a reason that the menu can't be put in another place where it doesn't cut off the posts?

I had 3 accounts that were closed on me within the past 6 months. One was Bowlfex, Sears, and Costco. I has backed up because of lack of work. I was in consrtuction doing tile and slowed down pretty bad. But now i have a new job and want to get back on track. thanks.

Oh my gosh, I just got yet another nasty email from them telling me time is running out to pay my account. You know what the person that sent it did? She sent it to a million people at once, and didn't even blind carbon copy them! So everyone that it went to has everyone else's addresses!
