Hello all, I am not sure how to proceed with some of my payday loans. In particular, I need advise on how to handle my loan with Cashnetusa. I am wondering if I can settle my account for a lesser amount than they are requesting. I live in Wisconsin, and had a $300 loan with them, with a bi-weekly refinance fee of $69. Previously, I had paid off two prior loans to this loan defaulting. I am in default by three months now.

Has anyone had to deal with collection calls from ITT (tech school)? I'm getting calls from Ohio and Indiana at least 2 or 3 times a day. I've tried talking to them, not answering, picking up then hanging up. They won't stop :( It's actually my husbands bill and i've told them we just don't have it. We are making enough to keep us (3 children) in a place, the lights on and food. There is NO extra and I've told them that, but they still call. What can I do?

i wrote a check to walgreens and bounce from what i understod the check got sold to certigy and they assisnged Clear check payment solutions for collections.. they sent me the check imeage with the invoie to validate it.. i sent a 10 dollar payment for good faith.. yesterday i got another bill from them and i look at the payment appliad it said zero abd there asking for the origianal amount.. im afraid if i pay the full amount that there not going to pay the origanal creditor and theyll turn around and sell the check.. what should i do in this case
