For any of you who use paypal I would like to share this. I had an unauthorzed charge to my account from a legitimate business. I found this out when my debit ws declined while paying for groceries. I was left high and dry because I was relying on the money being there. I was billed for an item that was returned. Paypal WILL NOT REVERSE an unauthorized charge without the OK of the company that did it. So if a crook steals your money you need to get permission from the crook to reverse it, unless it is identity theft or you can prove fraud. Do not leave your money sitting in paypal.

Too long to tell my story but I've got my spending under control and pay off the past debt. Two more outstanding items on my credit report to pay off and I'm good.

I had posted awhile back about the settlement I have with oneclickcash. Well in their e-mail to me they said I could pay by western union, moneygram, or a debit/credit card. Well it will cost me $13 to use western union and $17 for moneygram. I REFUSE to give them my debit card number and I do not have a credit card. So I came up with an idea. My credit union sells a visa gift card for $3.

A few moths ago I got a call from a CA regarding a Capital One account. Sent them VOD and never heard from them. Today in the mail, from Capital One, I got something I signed back in June 1998 asking them to close the account. I signed the letter and mailed it back with a check mark by the reason I was closing the acount back them. What I don't understand is WHY they are sending this to me now - Do they condiser this to be some kind of validation?
