I have 2 payday loans that are hitting my account every week. They are draining my paychecks... I fear I will be living on the street before long and i have had the same full time job for 6 years! I live in Illinois. I have contacted the lenders with no success as to settling the accounts other than paying them off in full. I have 3 payday loans that keep hitting me up every week for funds that I don't have... it basically drains my paycheck and then some. I live in Illinois. I do not know how to end this cycle. Two of the pdl companies that are illegal in CA have informed me that my accounts have been placed with National Credit Adjustors after I sent them my revocation letter. Should I send my letters to this National Credit adjustors or continue to send the letters to the company that I had the loan with?

what is a generic check? what are its uses?

I would like some kind of information why I am seeing this come up on my credit report. I would like it removed and receive a letter telling me this . I live in NY. i took out a payday loan with Loan SHop Online a while ago and have not paid it back. I am now being harrassed by a company called American Law Office stating they will show up to my house and/or job to arrest me. The original pdl was $400 and they are stating i am going to owe $7667 unless i pay them $614 by tomorrow.

I accepted a settlement on an account in 2009 which was 30,90,120 days late repeatedly. I lost a secondary source of income. I was making monthly payments but they were only one month at a time. I was never able to pay three payments at once to bring this account current. The pay status still reflects 120 days late even though it was settled in 2009. Can I have this removed? I've contacted the credit reporting agencies and they keep telling me the information has been validated. What to do?:confused:
