It has been 10 years since I loaned $90,0000 to a friend that he needed for business. He promised to return the money with profit. Since then he has retuned $15,000 in some installments. The last payment I received was 4 years ago. Since then he hasnt retunrned anything and I had to go out side the country due to some personal problems. I have returned back, but he is not returning my calls and I am wondering if I have any legal way of getting my money back. Thanks for your help in advance. Kevin.
