I have 8 ipdl loans and I was struggling to pay them. I found this web and I spent several days reading everything, and today I took a day off and call all the lenders to settle. I live in MD where pdls are illegals. and that what I Said to them when I called And all of them were agree to settle on the principle - what I have already paid.

Validation Clarification

The below text is taken from the FDCPA: Also please note the following Court Decision: [quote]Monsewicz v. Unterberg and Assocs., P.C., 2005 WL 756433 (S.D. Ind Jan. 25, 2005). The FDCPA does not require a debt collector to provide the original, a certified, or an attested copy of the document creating the debt when providing the consumer verification of the debt. Instead, verification involves nothing more then the debt collector confirming in writing that the amount being demanded is what the creditor is claiming is owed.

Pre-Paid Legal Services

Has anyone ever used this service. I have seen many customers of mine have it on their bills, however, I always thought it was too personal to ask them specifically about it. If you have used it, is it worth it and did you get the help you needed?

Moneygram to One Click Cash

18 years 10 months ago
O.k. - here is an odd question for you all... I am trying to make a moneygram payment to one click cash to finalize out my account. I am entering everything they provided for me (i.e., receive code and payable to) yet it won't pull up this company. I am trying to do it online so I don't have to make a trip out. Has anyone made an online moneygram payment to One Click Cash? Did they provide the wrong info to me? I have an email into them...

Wage Garnishment - HELP, URGENT!

18 years 10 months ago
I recv'd a letter in the mail today stating that PayDay Ave is garnishing my next paycheck on 4/15/07 from my employer. The next payge is the wage garnishment form from them. What can I do to stop this as this is the paycheck for next week!!! Can I call my payroll department and advise them that I have revoked any voluntary wage assesments?????? OR, is this a legal wage assesment that I can't do anything about?? The communication on the letters has Payday Ave on them, no attorney or court case.
