credit card interest and late fees then overdraft fees are slowly putting me and my family in the poor house. :(

I need to know about Hess Kennedy. I have signed up with them and they have done nothing to help me resolve my credit problems but continue to take money from me. Can I get this money back?

I seem to be completely lost on this particular company.I read a topic where the company said in mid year 2006 that they would quit playing collector for pdl companies. On my Pacer account I show a fdcpa lawsuit filed in December 2006. I just read a recent topic where a guest said they were collecting and was instructed to send in money using Langhorne's quick collect code with Western Union.

...that they collect? I was reading elsewhere on the forums and it occurred to me that in all likelihood, these companies do not pay taxes on all their "illegal" income... Tax evasion was the only crime that Al Capone was convicted of. I'm going to start a project of trying to get these companies recorded income and taxes - this is actually public record........I've been emailing my PDL companies asking them for their TIN/EIN...we'll see if it gets any response. Wondering if any of you think that this is a bad idea?

Well lets see i am currently overwhelmed with debit. I keep trying to get loans to help me pay this stuff off but i had no luck getting a loan. so I am looking to get rid of these accounts and pay them off. So thats my story, can you help Thanks Noel Silva

Have proof through my bank that I have not missed or been late on paying on an account.I recieved a call this morning saying I was a month behind and I had proof that I was not,so I called them back and now they are saying they went up on my monthly payment and I must pay the difference.They said it would take me forever to pay off what the balance is now on my loan so the company decided to raise my monthly payment double and then some.I told them I can not pay this and they told me to sell something.Is this highway robbery? what is a person to do if they have kept their account up to date.
