What is a SOL time limit.What does the S O L stand for?

Well i been gone a while..military for you...but I am dealing with CTC now. I am enclosing an email i sent them. It is rather long and to this point in dealing with them its more out of frustration. They threatened me with court and all the normal stuff. Its just funny that when I asked for the court date they got all quiet then harped on me about paying my debts, blah blah blah.

This is a place where these bottom feeders actually give other bottom feeders tips on how to get around the law. It is really interesting. If you are under the collection thumb, you really should read this. It is hilarious. Especially the 10 tips on how to collect a debt. No, seriously, you guys, this is some good stuff to know.

palisades collection sent me a subpena I went to court to fill it out wavied it because I did not have enough money it was from at&t 5years ago. for 900.00 anyways the court made an appt for march3rd. the lawyer for palisades collections cancelled that date now it is march 23rd why do they cancelled on the last minute. sent a motion again so would that slow it down? please I need aswers.

Has anyone on here worked with them..What was your experience..They are working on my pdls but I have never heard them being mentioned on here..
