How do you get out of this endless cycle? I am only paying fees. Does anyone know of a company that can help?

Currently I have pdls from Paydayok.com soniccash.com advanced america Geneva Roth tendollarpaydayloan.com (shows up MTE Financial on ACH) cashnetUSA.com I am pleading, does anyone know if any of these are illegal in PA, or if there is anything I can do. The longest payday loan I have had is with paydayok for almost 3 years!

I came across a company called credit solutions of america? does anyone have any experience with this company? Im looking to consolidate about $20,000 into 1 payment a month, but have no idea which company to trust? i reside in miami Fl, if anyone knows of a great company to help me out please post in this thread.

A represenative from A company called me saying they were going to send me to Jail for not paying a debt with Bahamas markeitng. I offered to pay off half of the loan, and they said no we are not beggars we are just offering to settle this debt for you. The company wants to make an example out of you. We will however settle if you will pay this today. He refuses to say what company he is from or when asked again what company he is collecting for even though he says he is not a collector. I do not know what to do.

Is this a good company to help consoldate my credit debt.. or can anyone recommend a company that helped them consolidate their debt.. thanks

OK, so I have gotten myself into a huge mess. I need help, I want out of debt so bad. I took out several pdl's and do not even know who they are with, most of them anyways. As I get phone calls now, I am going to take down all of the information and try to get these squared away.

I was reading few posts and blogs here. I found that the state laws and ways of calculating the interests are shown incorrectly in a few posts. I say this because I read something different in some other post about the same laws. Most of us here are struggling with our payday loan problems and we are learning from others experiences. Pdl calculations are very complex. If one is sure with the laws and the method in which the charges are to be calculated, others will get the right information otherwise they will be messed up because of what they read from this forum.

I am in the same boat as thousands others - I have payday loans that I cannot get out of...online and at store fronts. What company will consolidate them for me to one low payment?
