okay , so i signed up with check city on 2/14/07 and they loaned me $300.i just processed an extention on the loan for another 2 weeks, but im worried they might take it our anyways. i get my drect deposit from my employer tomorrow, march 2nd. so my question is, if checkcity decides to debit my account for the fee, when will it occur? will it occur right after my direct deposit payroll is in my account? because if so i will withdraw all my money 2minutes after it goes into my account. please help. :?:

After a rocky past couple years, I'm ready to consolidate my Debt and pay back all the bills I owe. I've been between jobs for the past 5 years since I was 19. I received my first credit card when I was 18. All payments were on time, and I was on my way to building good credit. I then lost my job and couldnt afford to pay the bill. By the time I found another job, the bill was so tremendous, I could afford to pay it even working all the overtime possible.

My wife an i were involved in traffic accidents that left us out of work and unable to make a living. My son help out and this hurt his credit score because he missed some payments in order to help us make house payments and prevent foreclsoure. We prevented foreclosure a couple of months ago. Now the creditor for my wifes medical bills has a levy on our house and either plans to take our house or make it really diffcult to refinance our current mortgage. I just need a little helping hand. My wife is working again and we are able to make past due payments.

I have a bunch of student loans through AES. If I'm so much as a day late in payment, the phone calls start pouring in to my father (the cosigner) and not me. Isn't that a little too much? I mean for crying out loud, half the time I don't even get a bill in the mail and since I'm forgetful, it slips my mind. And shouldn't the phone calls be coming to ME since i'm the one with the loan?

I've recently talked to Financira LLC about debt settlement. Has anyone worked with them, heard of them, or have any information on them that would help me in my decision?

I've talked to them and am just curious if anyone else has had experience with them. If so, what were the positives and/or negatives.
