Anyone have any information on this one? They claim to represent Chase Bank. However they never sent me a letter and call my parents residence 5 times a day at least. I emailed them just the other day and they sent me a generic letter via email attachment and only giving me 2 days to pay them $8000.

Hi I'm Nicole and I'm 19 years old. This year was my first year of college and I was so excited. After 1 and 1/2 quarters at AIP they threw a fit about my "unopened" ged. and ended up kicking out of class because of it. I had gotten a private loan for everything but school ex. car payments, food, rent, clothes, and anything else a freshmen on there own would need. Well upon leaving school I got a phone call from AES, for my private loan saying i was 400$ past due. I had told the woman that I asked for deferment and that I was going to be started back into school in the next month or so.

I've read and re-read the statute of limitations, but I guess I am just dense, because I can't figure out where a medical debt would fall under. Especially one that an agreement to pay was never signed. It is for medication. I am in Illinois and the pharmacy is in Tennesee. has anyone heard of using this site for settlement? i've read some really good posts from his clients but this type of service just has such a bad name. i was wondering if anyone is on the program or has heard of anyone on his program? if so is it true that his fees are way less than other companies and is the program good? the forum is debt help center and the owner is sifxpert. thank you!!

How do i find how which creditor collector call me?

My credit is not all that good.i need to get a loan to consolidate all my bills into one payment.i have too vehicles and about $1500. In tools to use as collateral.is there anywhere i can get a loan to do this.total value of collateral is about $7000.i need $6000.to consolidate everything.i work at johnson controls in athens,tn.i have been there 15 years.i make $17.31 an hr.if i can get a loan for this amount.all the bills i have left will be $1049.a month.i bring home $500.a week after taxes.please help!thank you.
