I was a student and used too much credit and now am beyond past due on everything, I would like to consolidate all my bills and pay them off. I have credit card bills, repo's, hospital bills, etc.

I received a $500 loan from mycashnow, but I have since learned that in California, they can lend no more than $300. If I send mycashnow a letter showing this, can I just pay them the $500?

Anyone have any info on these guys? I need an address

I'm from ARKANSAS and have 3 internet payday loans. I want to pay these back, but the interest is killing me and I can't seem to get ahead for anything. Can someone help me with what the laws are for payday loans in ARKANSAS and maybe take my hand and lead me in the direction I need to go to get the "wolves" from sucking my bank account dry? Like many, I fell into the credit card trap. And to make matter worse, I bought a car I really could not afford. Then, I got the "brilliant" idea to buy a condo, and use the equity to pay off my debts. Problem is, I ran into a number of obstacles, and now I'm in a major, major hole. My monthly payments exceed my income. I've gotten a second job, but I'm so far behind on payments and payday loans that I can't do anything. I've signed up with a company called Freedom debt relief, but something just doesn't seem right.

I sell alot on Ebay and use Paypal too. I noticed today that I now have a section that says "PAYPAL BUYER CREDIT". Does anyone have this or know what is is for?? Heaven knows that I don't need anymore bills to pay.
