I owe money to a bank because I overdraffted and never deposited money into the account and its now closed. Can I open another bank account even thought I owe a diffrent bank money? I've been told I have to pay back what I owe before I open another account

Our law firm is taking a lot of bad posts in this forum, and unfortunately, we cannot control who says what. In some respects, this is a blessing, because free speech should prevail. However, because the forum is intenret based, creditors and collection agents can post here as well.

As you can see, the posts are inflamatory and vague. I assure you that any client who retained our firm and follows their attorneys instructions eliminates their debt. This means maintaining a log of any and all calls, and forwarding that log to the law firm. Unfortunatly, collection agents lie to people and some people believe what they say. Hess Kennedy Company has an unblemished record and always does good by the consumer.

I emailed Ryan back from Westbury Ventures Tuesday and is in the process of mailing letters as well saying that I will not pay anymore then my state allows and that I had file a complaint with the AG in my state and the BBB and this morning I receieved the following email from him....

Unfortunately, I have charge off's, collection accts and a lot of multiple late payments on mortgage and car note. As of today, all of my mortgage finally is current as well as my car payment. I am considering going with a credit counceling service to help me with some of the unsecured debt. Can this help my credit? Will my credit report be tagged with the CCCS on it?
