I am a 62 yr old female, and have fell for the ICS financial scam. I have already sent the 75.00. I am very sick now, and am in real bad need of this money they promised (lied about). What can I do to "try" to get my money back. I am on a widow's pension of 700. mo. So, I really do need to try to get my money back. Can you please stear me in the right direction? Thanks, Dorris

Friends, I'm new to the forum, so here is my story in brief. I encountered an overwhelming debt situation with unsecured consumer debt (credit cards) more than 10 years ago. I decided it was a waste of time to attempt paying them down, so I just let go of those cards and payments. I went overseas on missionary work for 3 years, then returned and have gradually built a modest debt free life this time. I rent, and own 2 old vehicles payment free. I've gradually rebuilt my credit from ashes and even 2 credit cards which I use very carefully.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Beureu (BBB) back in early january after NUMEROUS harrassing daily phone calls from this company. I subsequently got a letter attached to an email from the BBB with this company claiming they were ceasing all communications efforts after recieving my complaint through the BBB. Now all of a sudden they are starting to call me yet again! Its virtually the SAME number, only the last 4 digits are different. First time it was 775 319 1501,now its 775 319 1516. What the heck do I do?? I have NO knowlege of ANY debt with Allied Interestate.

Well guys what a weeki and a half. Got moved in weather that was unbelivable. Got my condo set up and then landed my butt in hospital with pneumonia. I am home came home today. I feel like a pincushion but otherwise I am ok. I have missed you all. They need laptops in hospitals. LOL KYSIDE38

i looked at my credit report and it said one account was sold to another if i payed off the other business whom that account was sold to should it be payed for even if it still shows up on credit report

First I would like to say that I LOVE this place and all the info on it. It has helped me soooo much. Now for these wonderful slimey people of Bass & Associates I recieved a letter in the mail yesterday and it told me to contact them immediately so I did because I know I have tons of ipdls out there am trying to clear them up. I was passed on to a kimberly davison and she told me that I owe $875.10 for a $350.00 loan with SJM/Platinum B Services.

I have several and I'm not proud of being in this mess. Seems like all I do on fridays is extend to pay the others off. If I can get out then I will have funds to take care of some dings on my credit report. Does anyone know of any debt consolidation companies that can help me with these? My other idea is to let the checks bounce then try to arrange payment plans. Meanwhile, opening another checking account at the credit union and transferring my direct deposit. They are not internet loans.
