Help!!!! They are going to take my taxes for defaulted syudent loans and i really need my taxes to catch up on back rent from being unemployed. Does anyone know where or how i can get help??????

hey guys and gals thanks to all those who helped me with donations and all the kind words that everything is going to be okay.. I told my manager the situation and he said everything is going to be okay as long as I can pay by the 6,i was so embarassed. I get paid on the 7th but i can take half out of my checking and the direct deposit will cover it so i dont get over drawn fee,cause everything post the following day!

anybody ever called their customer service number? i was on hold 10 minutes and then got a voice mail. i think we should organize a specific time and deluge their call center with calls. one guy swore at me repeatedly when i asked him to get my name off their list!

I just got served with a summons, by an attorney, for LVNV Funding. I believe the statue of limitations has run out. How should I handle this?

yep..i fell for it..enticed by the low intErest rate, i chose to send INTREST PLUS FINANCIAL my $800 collateral payment...hmmmmm, no response for 2 days...called them and i was informed i needed to wire them $770 more dollars, like a dumbass i did that, in fact pawning a really nice seiko watch to get that 770...still no word.. then i do a little research online to see if there is anything sketchy about this so called comapany located in wisconsin..well turns out first thing that pops up on google when you type in intrestplusfinancial.com is FBI FRAUD ALERT!!

I took out a loan with CASH ADVANCE NETWORK back in Decemeber of 2006 for $200, I got the advance from MTE FINANCIAL and they said there would be an additional charge of $60. Every other week since then they have taken out $60 which I was fine with until now, they have now taken out more than the $260. They have taken out $300. I called my bank and they filed a claim and CASH ADVANCE NETWORK sent me an email saying that I have paid NOTHING yet, that every two weeks the $60 is the renewal fee and I still owe them $260.

I,too have a loan with Premier Processing. They have been taking $60 from my checking account for almost a year. I can't get in touch with them either. My bank told me to close that account and open another one. When Premier can't get any more $60 payments, they will then contact me, you can be sure of that! I haven't heard from them yet, but I'm sure I will.
