How do i go about starting legal process when they filed a judgement against me in ny but i have been living in nh for the past 9 yrs. I really need to do something now. thank you patty toledo

I received this email from TenDollarPayday Loan. For people who months ago told me that I had no choice but to pay the debt or suffer arbitration, now they want to offer me a settlement. I sent them a letter back informing them that I would agree to the settlement amount if I am able to pay them in four month payments of $81 and/or they wipe out the amount completely and consider me paid in full.

Do they represent Global Payday or Cashnet 500 - please let mem know

Hi Everyone, How can I consolidate my Payday loans. Also, I have car payment I can't afford and I have bad credit. If I sell the car, I still will have negative equity. Suggestions?

I am not in any sort of crisis whatsoever. My problem is that i fall behind for whatever the reason(car breaksdown, Christmas). well i am behind again this last time i was laid off and it was a month before i found something new.

I'm so sorry I included David Camp in with ADF. He is trying to pay me back at least. I guess they screwed their brokers or counslers also. Sorry debt fairy but I did need to correct my mistake. I don't want negative vibs going to David Camp. I do have a question. How did I(we)get so far in debt? There must be a way out without getting scammed. Does anyone have any creative ways to get out of debt? Boy does that sound stupid! I don't know...guess bankrupcy it is. Thanks for having this site. Deb 8)

I have been out of work after being laid off 9 months ago...Unemployement got me by for 6 months but made my debt worse since I was having to borrow more to stay current on Credit Cards. When my unemployment ran out in November I had not choice but to miss my first payment ever(12 years), I did not want to but I had no choice. I am currently starting my MBA at a private school and will not be working for atleast 6 months until I get two semesters under my belt.

This might seem like a dumb question. But i want to pay off my debt with att and my account is with palisades but i dont know who to contact or who to send payments to? thanks..
