Does anyone know if paychecktoday a dba of Rio Resources?

Ok. Has anyone ever heard of a debt collector not interested in returning a debtors phone calls? I work for the owner of the company as his bookkeeper/personal assistant. I have left 4 messages with the secretary of the lawyer in charge of this debt. No calls back. I stated in my first conversation that I was the bookkeeper and I needed to validate the debt and requested an itemized statement of charges, as we have NO records indicating an account with his client. He never asked for verification to speak with me, and as I am NOT the debtor, I feel he may have made a boo boo here.

im in trouble because i have 4 outstanding payday loans. and they keep calling me but i can hardly pay my rent and bills.. i only make 10$ an hour. i want to pay my debts but yesterday i got a call saying he was gonna turn me in for check fraud. i got really scared and i took some of my rent money to pay some of it. can you guys help me please?? i dont want to go to jail.

Hello I was wondering if anyone else has a hard time getting a consolidation loan? I just got my house last year I wonder how long I will have to wait before I might be able to get a consolidation loan? I would think a company would be happy for me to make payments to them instead of all the credit poeple.

I would like to know if anyone has a phone number or and email address that I can get ahold of this company I need to stop them from taking money our or settle this debt immediately.

I know filing bankruptcy isn't good for either case. Is 13 the better one if you have to file? Will we lose our car or house? We own nothing everyting we have is making payments but Im willing to keep paying for my house and care if they let me. Our medical bills are too high and the creditors get very mean about that sort of thing.

i have this on my credit report but i have no idea who this company is can you tell me who are they affiliated with.
