I know it's got to be a collection agency because the person that left the important message is a Mr. Green. How come they can never use their real names? Hello, well everything was good until my credit card was stolen, and was used to the max, I called the credit card company and told them that if I send a payment even though the credit card was cancelled, will it go through they saud yes, well it did not so I fell behind in my payments, now I am so late with the payments and the payment keeps gettign higher now I can not afford even to make a payment. Please Help Me, thank you

My name has been on bankruptcy papers 3 different times. You would think I would learn by now that spending with credit cards always gets me in trouble! I once picked up a book that was about credit building after a bankruptcy. One of the first paragraphs stated (not in these exact words) - "If you have filed bankruptcy there's hope for future credit, if you have filed twice, you're pretty much a loser and this book isn't going to help you." So, here I am, 5 years after filing bankruptcy again and I bought a house 6 months ago.

Ok, so I am slowly but surely trying to get back on track this year. On around December 15th, I called the two places I have PDLs at (Cash Store and Advance America, both storefront). I made arrangements to pay $50.00 to one of them on January 15th, and $30.00 to the other. The balance at Advance America is $590 and the other balance is $1255. The girl was real helpful (both were actually) and they said that would be fine. Well, I get a call on the 14th of Jan.

i am currently in college i have just gotten a new car and i am in some credit card debt, i also have outstanding medical and gas bills, that are hindering my credit score. i am looking for a monthly payment that will help eliminate my debt and provide me with a fresh start.

I closed my account due to PDLs that won't stop debiting my account. I opened a new one, with a new bank (its even in a new state, since I moved). My question is, I'm using my new account to auto pay my car insurance. My insurance company is a well known agency, so I'm not worried about them selling any sort of information. Is there any way any of the old PDLs (Geneva Roth in particular) to get my new account info. I was told they think they can debit any account I have, anywhere I have it.
