Hi everyone: Well I broke down and got a payday loan. I was going through a rough time financially and at the time seemed like a way out..but as you know, it catches up with you:(. The company is CashCall. Has anyone had dealings with them? What kind of payment arrangements would they do? Thanks

My husband was laid off for a month and we started to get behind on bills. So we decided to take out a payday loan to get us by until he returned to work. Well, once he returned we found ourselves trying to catch up on past due bills and pay the payday loan. Needless to say we have 4 payday loans now and we can't get out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Okay I have closed my checking acct, prepared Voluntary Wage Assignment Revocation letters (will be mailed out tomorrow), so now do I just sit back and wait for the fight to begin? The only other thing I can think of is to calculate exactly what I have paid each of these companies so far.

I am going to be sooo busy the next few days...I will not be around here much, because any spare moment I get I will be sleeping. I started Travel Services training at my job yesterday from noon to 4 p.m. Since I've only worked sales, they are having me and the other sales agent that is transferring to TS do a crash course of Customer Care in the next 4 days. Normally it takes 2 weeks to get through CC training...We're doing it in 4 days. :shock: Then starting Monday I will start 4.5 weeks of Travel Services training.

I just checked my Credit Report and I have 4 open accounts refering to MCYDSNB there is 0 balance in each account, I don't know who they are.How do I close them out??? Thanks Doug

Ok folks....heres the scoop. My husband and I are in our first house with 2 auto loans as well. Our Mortgage is 635.00 his auto loan is 478.12 and my auto loan is 308.18. The bad factor here is we are both paid bi weekly on the same week!!! It sucks!! Well we are behind on all of these payments and I am needing suggestions on how to deal with these companies. The reason we are behind is because of illness and one of us wasnt at work for a week and a half. We only make it paycheck to paycheck anyway. Please help!! Our mortgage company is AMC and it is only behind Dec.

I put my debts in consolidation with T&C last June. I just rec'd a call from a very unpleasant "legal assistant" from CRR "law firm" regarding my GE Money Bank account (Walmart). She is threatening to garnish wages because she says her firm does not work with debt consolidation companies and I haven't paid enough money. Now I have been talking with this law firm off and on for the past 6 months regarding how much should be paid etc. I have made 4 payments.
