I recieved a cll from them around christmas at my job a major insurance company..right away I knew they we full of games because of my criminal justice back ground..but I played along faxed them a copy of my bank statement from 3 years ago showing where the pay day loan company drafted the amount owed to them all at one time..I did not set it up for every week. then I told them, faxed and mailed a letter requesting they send me what the had to support I owed more money..then william stated I was going to jail..I told him see ya there.

SGQ Processing who are they and how can i contact them? They sent $200 to my account and i never authorized any loan from them and i can't find out anything about them or how to contact them.

For a year now, I have been dealing with LVNV. I have sent DV letter after dv letter, no response, just pass it on to one of their many other collectors. Today I get another one from as "attorney" collecting for them, with the mini-miranda. Guess I'll DV them too! For a year I have explained this account was opened in 1982, haven't charged on it for 13+ years, but were stupid and have been making mostly min. payments since then-2o something years!! They have added over 100 dollars a month at least, so balance is climbing!

these ppl deposited $250 into my account out of nowhere and now they're harrassing me at work and threatning to send the police to pick me up from work for check fraud. I had asked them if they could fax me the contract that i had supposedly sign and to validate the debt, but they said that they were not allowd to that. Can somebody please help me!! I really dont know what to do. Thanks in advance

I owe the IRS about $25K in taxes. I am taking care of all my other collections one at a time. But this one is a big beast and I fear it may rear it's ugly head soon. I've printed off a bunch of information on the OIC and all the forms. It looks kind of looooonnnnggggg complicated. I read somewhere that if you owe more than $25k you should get a tax professional to help. And if you owe between 10-25K, you could probably do it on your own. Has anyone ever worked with a tax professional? What do they charge typically?
