I have been off line for awhile and got a call from this number today...1-866-979-5100. Does anyone know that number? I got harassed today from it. I was being "downloaded" in my county today...What does that mean? Any help would be appreciated....Thanks

i have gotten a loan from both of these service snd the still keep taking money of if my account and the one was for 150 and i have excced that amount by 160 and the othe was for 200 dollars and i exced that amount by 195 dollar please help me i need that money in my account

I DO have a loan with them for 150.00. I have paid the 59.00 fee for months now. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to let them know that I do believe I have paid MORE then enough of the origial loan and would like to see if they will let me send in a Money Order. I was told when I got the loan that this call was recorded. Can they use that against me? Tuesday they are going to take out 59.00 fee.

Ok, just trying to get my ducks in a row and prepare a defense against my 2 PDL'S. I have 2 what they call "CHECKBOOK LOANS" out, one via internet "All Credit Lenders" Plainfield, IL and one via storefront at Americash Loans, Joliet IL. They are both for $1500.00 apiece. The apr on the Americash is 290.00% and the APR on the All Credit Lenders is 364.00%. My payments for the Americash are $89.00 a week, every week and the payments on the All Credit Lenders is $210.69 every other week.

While going through all My Posts in DebtCC forums, I got emotional to see my first post here: Why don’t we all share our first day’s experience in this thread? What took you to this board, who responded to you first? What was the reason that you decided to stay here? Here I start: I came here while searching info on Student Loan and then got stuck.

my name is travis hall. I am not in debt to badly, but I do wanna get out as soon as possible. I belive I am only in debt from $1000 to $1500 dollars. I cannot pay them all seperatly because there is one big one for about 950.00. I just wanna get these monkies off of my back.

live in ohio presently have 5 payday loans tomorrow they will start going thru bank have called them and explained situation single mother of three newly divorced no childsupport for first 7 months they said it will go to bank anyway regardless of situation please help i am a nurse and i dont want to lose my license due to this i told them i was willing to pay every two weeks thanks

tomorrow morning i plan to close my checking and reopen a new account, which means my pdls will not be taking there $300.00 out of my account this friday. so i imagine the sharks will head straight for my paycheck....am i right? and if so can i stop this since i've gone thru my paperwork tonite and as suspected i've signed wage garnishments with both of these loans. i live in illinois if that is pertinent.
