I have 8 credit cards and one loan. I always managed to make my payments but not long ago some of my credit card companies doubled my minimums which made paying everything harder. Now in October my I overdrew my bank account. I only overdrew it by one transaction but my bank rearranged the order of the tranactions and charged more overdrafts. I was recovering from not being able to pay some of my minimums in November but ofcourse I now had some late payment fees which kept my budget thrown off.

800-650-9011. They left a VM threatening to call local DA and have warrant issued for criminal activity. Also said 3 other agencies have had this account.

What happens to pdls that go to a collection agency. This one was a storefront pdl and they went out of business and now a collection company is calling me. I'm in PA

I just recieved a letter for a collection company from a debt that was removed for my credit report for SOL and 4 being a fraud account because at the time I was 17. Can they still collect and can they report this again on my credit report

In my situation a debt consolidation company could help me alot. I'm scared though because there's alot of scamming companies. If any knows of some legitimate companies that can help me I would like to know of them. Thank You

I am a college student living at home, not even paying rent and I am in debt. I have no money in checking, no money in savings, and owe Chase 1400, Discover, 1000, Best Buy 800, and Verizon 200, plus I will continue to have to make those payments. I need help at least just getting to zero percent interest and no late fees for just one year. I am a full time student but am looking for a job right now on campus at Marquette University. I would be able to pay most of this back farely quickly with graduation gifts and job money. I am really stressing over this and need immediate help.
