i am looking for a loan about 75,000 for personal used can i get it

I got a call this afternoon from 866-979-5100, the guy said he is with the legal department of the company and that I got an internet payday loan from them back in February 2006. They said that they were going to download an affidavit to St. Louis County by 3:00 pm for my arrest. Then they said the only way to stop it, is if I pay $620.00 by 3:00 today.

Well i took out a pay day loan sometimes it comes up as rio resources or now mte financial, i went to try to pay it off and the number just went like it was a fax machine, i have been searching for a number or website to contact them it is very hard. My bank cannot come up with any address or number to call them either. They just keep refinancing the loan and taking more money. I just closed my account today. The place says i still owe money, i told them that i took out a 300 dollar loan with a 90 finance charge and more than that has been taken from my account.

Like many others i've become a victim of pdl's. Today I received a phone call from one company threatening me with jail time, and a summons being sent to my home. I asked her if this was her attempt to collect debt, and i'm willing to work out an arrangement, why would she send it to my county's clerk. She then said she wasn't a collection agency, and they wouldn't accept any type of payment. What can I do

I got a call this afternoon from US National Bank's legal department, stating that I got a payday loan off of the internet from them and that they were downloading an affidavitt to the police department of my county for my arrest today at 3:00 pm for theft by deception and two other counts. The only way to settle it without going to court is to send them $620.00 by 3:00 this afternoon. how does that sound?
