I got a credit card through capital one and on there i am the responsible party on the application it asked if i wanted an extra card and i put my husbands name down now the past payments are on his credit as well as mine what should i do?

Hello, I live in CT and currently have 5 PDL loans. They are all internet based and are the from these companies: Emerald Marketing Nevis Marketing United Cash Loans ameriloan CRI Interweb Marketing Like a lot of people, I find myself in a big bind in trying to pay them back. I have closed the account used for these loans and have opened a new one just like a lot of people on here have suggested. Nevis Marketing has apparently passed my file to a company called United Processing.

I have a debt on my credit report from MMCA (Mitsubishi Motor Credit). This is a really BIG negative since it is for a repo. Here is the issue I have though: The car is not mine it belonged to my wife BEFORE we were married and even Mitsubishi can not produce my signiture on any documents. The signiture they show is under my first name and has my wifes maiden name for the last name as the co-signer. I never signed anything. I have asked on several occassins that it be removed and even reported to the FTC in deatail. Nothing happens though. Can I sue them at this point and what can I sue for?

Hello... I've issued a criminal complaint against US Fast Cash. They keep calling me at my office. I advised them verbally on 3 occasions that I cannot be reached at the office. They don't care. So, I have now filed with the Washington State Attorney General's office a criminal complaint against them for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act of 1979 (PL 95-109). Yet they still call!!! I promised if they call me at home, I will offer a settlement. They refused.

Hello. Within the past six months, I have become 20,000 in debt. My fiance lost his job, my position was "downsized", and our rent is 4 months past due. I had to take out a high interrest loan for less than I needed and it has all snowballed. I need help now. I do not have any assets and only make 2000.00 per month. Three months after thinking I was finally done with all the chaos of connecting with Plaza Processing at which time they said they discharged my loan, I am now being threatened by Bassett & Associates for missapppropriation of federal funds and grand larceny (my loan was for 200.00). Is Bassett & Associates a valid legal firm? They won't tell what state they are practicing out of. Any Advice?
