Arrowhead investments are a bounch of thieves !!!!!

I took a loan out for $300.00 from arrowhead investments,I had to close my bank account becouse when I was giving my info for the loan from arrowhead, a pop-up opened and had all of my info. filled in. It was for a "secrec cash card" I clicked the "X" to close the box, well they took my info and withdrew $49.95 from my bank account and 2 days later did it again. Now I have a Mrs.Swartz calling my work and harrasing me, saying she will get the county sherrif to come get me, does the same thing to my wife, called our references and thretened to have them locked up if they didn't pay it..

I have just been informed by ICS that I have paid a total of $2400 on a $200 loan via ACH debit since December 2005. I was also told that I need to pay an additional $289 to have the loan paid off. I live in the state of Louisiana and the $89 that is being taken out is so called extension fees. Is this legal and can I get some of my much needed money back.

I was a guarantor on a retail store charge accounts to suppliers. It occurred more than 10 years ago. Am I still a guarantor or does it have to be renewed periodically?
