First of all I was married previously and my ex and I filed for bankrupcy in the first 2 years of marriage because he had a lot of debt. Then he filed again right before our divorce but did not follow through on his obligations and so I have not incurred additional debt. Since my divorce I have not had the means to pay for my past debt or any additional debt until recently. I can finally start to work on the past and want to be able to clean up all my debt. I don't even know how to start. Please help me. Thanks

I was wondering was Personal Credit Services a real company? I wanted to know this before I paid them for their services. You can't bee too careful these days.
