Me and my husband have 2 cashcall loans. They are at a 59.9% interest rate. It cost us $500 a mnth for both loans (they are $5000 each). Payments are for 10 years. If I stay with them we would have paid about $30,000 for a 5,000 loan. I have tried numerous times to refinance these loans but no one approves us. I tryed to have CashCall lower the interest rate but they refused. I was thinking of doing debt negotiation. Any pros and cons? Has anyone dealt with CashCall?

My wife and I have over $90,000 in unsecured (credit-card) debt. Our payments are over $2,000/mo. We need to lower our monthly payments significantly in order to repay our debts. Okay this might be s tupid thread and go nowhere but here goes. What illness/sickness is going arund your area/state or have you heard of. Nashville TN area Common cold, stuffy nose, sore throat. 24 hour or longer puke and other end illness I haven't heard about the flu yet

My neice and girlfriend rent a house in Hessville Indiana. They are short $250.00 on December's rent. They have been in contact with the landlord the whole time. They have a written lease that has a list of things the landlord agreed to fix and has only fixed one. The day after Christmas they were both left an "Alias Summons" rubberbanded to their front door. The landlord has added January rent which not even due yet. One of the tenants just started a new job and does not want to jeopardize it, yet does not know if her appearance is mandatory.Can the other tenant appear for both of them?

Well, I had automatic payments set up for the credit card payments. The payment was raised, and part of the payment was paid on time and part 2 days after the due date, they raised my rate from 9.99% to 17.49% the first person I spoke with would not consider decreasing the periodic rate. They have given me another phone contact number to call to disucss this after the holidays are over. I have been fairly conisitent paying my credit bills. In the last three years I have had this debt accumulation. I do have an appreciable amount now. How can I gain control again over my financial life?
