I have been burned by the free credit report from Esperian. Do you have an email address for CIC Credit Report so that I can challenge the fact that they are taking money from my credit card each month without my permission. Thanks

Hi! I have a Dr.s bill which was unfair and when I objected he turned the bill over to a collection agency. My question: is this going to stay on my credit report for ever or fall off after 7 years? Thanks for any help!

I recently paid a ATT bill that fits the pattern of some of the ones I have been reading that Pallisades files. I fought this for years and finally settled with the law firm. Now I pull my credtit and I am showing pallisades on there for 89.00 I settled the 900>00 bill with ATT through a lawyer. Now I queston the validity of even that bill. Pallisades never answered any of my questions or called me. Who can I report all this too. The debt is settled I have the letter from the attorney. Is Pallisades in bed with ATT???

I am in debt with 5 payday lenders. i am no longer able to pay my bills because of the fees ect.... This is a viscious cycle. How do i get out of it??

I was wondering if anyone has used them and if so. Where they able to help? I have already contacted them but time is of the essence and I want to work with someone who is really on the up and up.
