how do I get to shopping center site?

Hi, i just got served , supposedly court papers, from someone who knocked on my door at almost 10:00 at night, from the resurgence financial stating that they are suing me for an unpaid dept. Can someone give me info on what i should do? I also don't see no court date, & its saying i should respond in 30 days.

I have always been in debt, but somehow I have always worked hard and been able to pay my bills - not always on time, but they eventually got paid. But I am in the worst mess of my lifedue to payday loans and I really can't see my way out at this point. Today I was turned down by 2 debt consolidation companies and legal aid turned me down because I live with my daughter and I need to include her income with mine so that leave out their help.

I'm still paying on that loan with Sonic Payday, my bank will not stop payment on the ACH withdraw and of course Sonic will not stop the ACH. I didn't want to close the account and re-open another because my payroll is automatically deposited and other items are set up to come out, like my student loan. The letter I was given last time i was on this site, can i still use it even if i'm still paying on the loan? Will it get Sonic to stop withdrawing from my account? Also, my bank said they would accept the letter, but couldn't guarantee that they would stop payment of the ACH.

Need to find out about my payment that is due?

I am 28 years old and have poor debt. When I was 20, I joined the USMC and that is when I allowed my credit to plummet. I had purchased a car that ended up getting reposessed when I was stationed overseas. I know I only owe around $1400 on that balance. I also have student loan debt that I would like to get under control. And finally I have credit card debt that needs to be taken care of also. If I were to guesstimate how much debt I have, I would guess approximately $15,000 total.

My husband and I got into some trouble with payday loans and now we have no money because of all the fee being taken out of our account. We have six payday loans and all of them are interent loans. Please help me. Where do I start?
